We have two offices in North Carolina. Our main office is located in Morganton while our satellite office is located in Salisbury. Both offices offer walk-in x-ray services while our Morganton office also offers ultrasound services (by appointment only). We accept all major insurances and our self-pay rates are very reasonable.
